OC: Alraune Arya [ TW: Teeth]
A friend and I were coming up with a monstrous version of our fan characters in The Arcana and I revisited an old design for my mascot character on Twitch/YouTube which was based on man-eating/carnivorous plants.
The Alraune race I made was a creature that preyed on other sentient races both for reproduction and for sustenance. Based partially on the original Alraune lore, the Alraune lore of the Monster Girl Encyclopedia and some of my own concepts. They lure in unsuspecting victims before breeding with them then devouring them once they're used up. The human for seen above acts like an angler fish lure but also like a digestion system once they eat their prey. They use acid sacks inside of their chest to digest their food before transferring it to the main flower in the form of nutrients. Due to a long digestion period, they eat once to twice a month.
